NIT Mizoram Latest Updates

February 24, 2025

The NTA has announced the JEE Main 2025 Paper 2 BArch and BPlan results on jeemain.nta.nic.in. The scorecards can be downloaded by applicants using their password and application number. 44,144 candidates took the test for BArch and 18,596 took the test for BPlan. Two applicants obtained a 100 percentile, one in each.

February 22, 2025

Registration for JEE Main 2025 Session 2 closes on February 25, 2025 (9 PM) with the last date of fee payment as 11:50 PM. The exam provides an opportunity for admission to NITs, IIITs, SPAs, GFTIs, and IIEST Shibpur. JoSAA and CSAB counselling provide transparent seat allocation and special arrangements for students from the Northeast.

February 19, 2025

JoSAA counselling of JEE Main and JEE Advanced 2025 will start on June 3. The applicants who are looking to get admission into IITs, NITs, IIITs, IIEST, and GFTIs need to register on josaa.nic.in. There are five rounds of seat allotment, fee submission, and document verification involved in the process. The approximate timeline is from June to July, and vacant seats will be managed by CSAB.

The answer key for the JEE Main 2025 Paper 2 for BArch and BPlan exams has been made available by NTA. The answer key, response sheet, and question paper can be downloaded from the official website using the application number and password. The challenge facility is available until 9 PM today and will cost INR 200 per question.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) declared the JEE Main 2025 Session 1 results. Candidates can check their scorecards from jeemain.nta.nic.in with the help of their application number and password/date of birth. The cutoff and All India Rank will be announced along with Session 2 results in April 2025.

The Central Seat Allocation Board has brought in reserved seats and special support for North-East students under JEE Main 2025. Of the 24,000 NIT seats, 2,000 are reserved under the State Quota, and 740 under the NEUT category, encouraging greater access to top engineering institutions.

The NTA has published the JEE Main 2025 Session 1 Final Answer Key at jeemain.nta.ac.in. Candidates can download the PDF using their application number and date of birth. The final key, prepared after reviewing objections, is unchangeable and will be used to calculate scores. The JEE Main 2025 results will be announced soon.

JEE Mains 2025 Session 1 answer key can now be accessed from the official site, jeemain.nta.nic.in. Students can download their answer sheet and question paper PDF along with the answer key by entering their application number and password. They can challenge the answer up until February 6, 2025. NIT Mizoram Cut Off

NIT Mizoram BTech cutoff 2024 will be released in the second week of June 2024. The cutoffs are released in the form of opening and closing ranks for all the B.Tech programmes offered at the institute. The NIT Mizoram JoSAA cutoff is released separately for Home State (HS) and Other State (OS) quotas. 50% of seats are reserved for HS quota students and the other 50% for OS quota students. NIT MIZORAM is the well and good for the overall development of any student.It has not its permanent campus but it is under processing.The faculties here are very friendly who work on your personal thinking skills. The environment here in Mizoram is also so fascinating.It is surrounded by greeny, mountains and clouds. Overall your experience of 4 years is going to be fabulous here.

Faculties are very friendly and quite approachable. Teaching skills are average. Lacks campus, and therefore college canteen is also not present. Campus construction is going on, hopefully in the coming years campus will be made. Campus Placements are good.

NIT Mizoram Infrastructure

NIT Mizoram's campus is surrounded by lush greenery near the Lengpui Airport and Aizwal. The NIT Mizoram campus area spans 191 acres of land and comprises four academic blocks, one administrative block, and four hostel blocks, three of which are located in Tanhril and one in Durtlang. The permanent campus is under construction in Aizwal, near the Lengpui Airport. NIT Mizoram classrooms are outfitted with cutting-edge technology such as projectors and virtual boards for ease of knowledge dissemination.

The library is well-stocked with periodicals, books, and journals related to the institution's curriculum. Teachers and students can access the books and research articles via an online portal. NIT Mizoram provides separate hostel facilities for male and female students. It currently has four hostel blocks for boys and one hostel block for girls. NIT Mizoram Scholarships

According to the guidelines by the Government of India, the National Institute of Technology Manipur scholarship schemes are available for deserving students. Here is a list of some Central Scholarship Schemes available to NIT Manipur students:

  • Ishan Uday Special Scholarship Scheme for the North-Eastern region. 
  • PG Indira Gandhi Scholarship for the single girl child. 
  • PG Scholarship for University rank holders. 
  • PG Scholarship scheme for SC/ST students pursuing professional courses.
  • National Fellowship and Scholarship for Higher Education for ST students.

Hi there, at LPU induction and reporting are considered to be very important. You need to attend it as attendance is marked for it which is considerable factor in letting you sit in the exams. You need to have minimum 75 percent attendance to be eligible to sit in exam. You may be allowed later but that will cost you attendance. Good Luck
